doing business as JEMADARI AI (“Jemadari AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our website and services, including our closed private AI workspace featuring role-based executive agents and pre-built business playbooks (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1) Scope and Key Points

● We offer a private AI workspace used to generate business decisions, plans, and workflow documents.

● We do not use customer Inputs, Outputs, or logs to train or improve AI models.

● We do not retain in-app workspace content (Inputs/Outputs/documents) beyond the session.

● We retain security/access logs and error logs for 30 days for security and operations.

● We retain support emails for 12 months for support purposes.

● We do not use analytics tools and do not use cookies for tracking.

● Do not input Personal Information or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into the workspace.

2) Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

● Account and subscription information

Such as your name, email address, company name, and other details you provide during account creation or administration.

● Support communications

If you email us at [email protected], we collect the information you include in the message and attachments.

Important: Please do not send sensitive personal information or PII in support communications unless necessary.

B. Information Collected Automatically

● Security/access logs (30-day retention)

We collect logs such as IP address, timestamps, and endpoint access to operate accounts, maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.

● Error logs (30-day retention)

We collect error/diagnostic logs as needed to maintain and support the Services.

We design these logs not to include in-app workspace content (Inputs/Outputs) and we do not intentionally log prompts or generated content.

C. In-App Workspace Content (Inputs/Outputs)

We do not retain Inputs, Outputs, or in-app documents beyond the session.

● We process that content transiently to provide the Services.

D. Payment Information

We use PayPal to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details; PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy practices.

3) How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

● Provide and operate the Services (account access, subscription administration);

● Secure the Services (fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security monitoring);

● Troubleshoot and maintain reliability (error resolution, performance);

No model training: We do not use customer Inputs, Outputs, or logs to train or improve AI models.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for avoiding submission of sensitive information into the Services.

We do not use analytics tools and do not use cookies for tracking.
